Meet Our Team

Mr. Ketlinski has been practicing law for 29 years in Idaho. Although his legal background is expansive and diverse, he now limits his practice to estate planning, elder law, and probate.

Mr. Ketlinski has resided in Idaho since 1977, where he came up through Boise schools and graduated from Borah High School in 1989. He then continued his education at the University of Idaho, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture in 1994, and a degree in law in 1997. Read More….

Ms. Ketlinski has been a licensed attorney for 30 years. Ms. Ketlinski exclusively practices probate matters.

Ms. Ketlinski grew up in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, graduating from Coeur d’Alene High School in 1987.  Ms. Ketlinski earned a bachelor’s degree in political science in 1992 from University of Idaho, and later a degree in law in 1996 from the University of Idaho College of Law. Read More….

Born and raised in Meridian, Idaho, Ms. Voss has practiced law for over 16 years. Ms. Voss’ practice focus is estate planning, probate, and trust administration.

Catie Wiseman, Operations Manager
Catie Wiseman brings more than two decades of leadership experience to Ketlinski Law Office, with a distinguished background spanning government, nonprofit, and corporate sectors. Most recently, she served as Deputy Director of the Idaho State Liquor Division, where she oversaw administration, finance, information technology, and customer service for one of Idaho’s largest revenue-producing agencies. In that role, she also led major modernization initiatives and helped develop statewide prevention partnerships.

Catie is a graduate of Colorado State University, where she earned a BA in Speech Communication, and she completed executive studies in Strategic Management and Leadership at Penn State’s Smeal College of Business.

Outside the office, she enjoys live music, volunteering, and is her husband’s and daughter’s biggest fan, enthusiastically cheering them on at bike races, volleyball matches, and field throwing events.

Jess Amberg, Paralegal
Jess is involved in all areas of work at Ketlinski Law Office, with a focus on assisting in the probate area of our practice.

Born and raised in Minnesota, Jess moved to Idaho in 2012 with her husband and three children. She is a classically trained paralegal and gained extensive experience working for a large law firm in Fargo, North Dakota. After serving as a paraprofessional for the Vallivue School District from 2014 to 2019, Jess returned to the legal field by joining Ketlinski Law Office in January 2020.

Outside of work, Jess enjoys photography, horseback riding, fishing, and spending time with her family—including her 160-pound Great Dane, Emmett.

Andrea Dunlap, Paralegal
Andrea Dunlap joined Ketlinski Law Office in 2022 and supports all aspects of the firm’s operations, with a particular focus on trust and will production. She plays an integral role in ensuring that estate planning documents are prepared accurately and efficiently, helping provide a seamless experience for clients.

Andrea earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Santa Clara University. Before relocating to Idaho, she gained valuable experience as a Client Services Coordinator at a Silicon Valley financial firm. She also spent 16 years as a stay-at-home mother, managing a busy household with three children while actively volunteering with St. Mark’s Church and Catholic School and Bishop Kelly High School.

Andrea is married and has a son and two daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and relaxing along the Boise River.

Miranda Kinney, Client Services Coordinator
Miranda serves as the Client Services Coordinator at Ketlinski Law Office and plays an important role in the firm’s daily operations. She manages the office schedule and handles incoming calls, often being the first friendly voice clients hear when they contact the office. Miranda enjoys helping clients feel comfortable, supported, and confident as they begin working with the firm.

Born and raised in Colorado, Miranda earned her bachelor’s degree in English Literature and brings strong communication skills and attention to detail to her role. Outside of work, Miranda enjoys spending time with her kids, playing pickleball, hiking, and rock climbing.
